The Castlemaine Camera Club web site does not use cookies, nor collect any personally identifiable data unless you specifically agree to or initiate the collection of said data. Any data you elect to supply (e.g. your email address) shall not be sold, lent, rented or otherwise made available to any third party unless required by Law. Castlemaine Camera Club does not send SPAM. Any electronic communications are the result of your communication with the Club or via an Opt-In mail list.

The Copyright in all photographic works submitted to the Club and its web site remain with the photographer at all times. The Club reserves the right to display via any media including this web site any works submitted to the Club by a Member with suitable acknowledgement.
